Physiology Verse provides digital educational products, including online video lectures, downloadable PDF notes, and MCQ test banks. Because our products are digital and access is granted instantly upon purchase, we do not offer physical returns.

All sales are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of the course materials (including theory lectures, practical videos, and study sheets), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or money-back guarantees once a purchase is completed.

By completing your enrollment and accessing the course platform, you acknowledge and agree to this strictly enforced no-refund policy.

Refunds will only be considered under the following strictly limited circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was accidentally processed due to a technical error with the Razorpay gateway.

• You are completely unable to access the course platform, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report.

Your purchase grants you 365 days of valid access to the selected course tier. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. You do not need to cancel your account to avoid future charges; your access will simply expire automatically at the end of the 1-year validity period.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access without refund if our system detects account sharing, piracy, or violation of our single-user license agreement.
